A76) The 6th seal, “hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne,” Rev 6; 15, 16, (Mark Aldridge, approx. 2007).
Mark Aldridge shared this word with me around about 2007, it came in the form of a revelation as he was reading this scripture:
“And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and the rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, (Rev 6; 15, 16).
To put this in context I will first add a preceding verse;
“And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became as black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; (Rev 6 12).
This is paraphrased from memory but what Mark shared was that he believed that God had shown him that “the mountains and the rocks,” symbolised the influence of the New Age Movements spirituality, and that “Fall on us, and hide us” meant that these unbelievers sought sanctuary and protection from God’s wrath from this alternative form of spirituality during that end times season of the 6th seal. So, as I understand it, these people were not acknowledging Jesus and the Father as God Almighty but recognised them as a source of spiritual power and wrath which they believed they could overcome and be protected from through the New Age Movements alternative form of spirituality.
